Depending on the services you sign up for, you will have a designated pickup and cleanup day tailored to your needs. On the scheduled service day, we’ll send you a notification approximately 60 minutes before our arrival. After completing the cleanup, we’ll ensure everything is secure and provide you with a photo of the locked gate before we leave.

Do I Need To Be Home During The Service?

No! You dont have to. all we need is access to your yard.

Do You Provide Removal Service All Year Round?

Yes! We offer dog waste removal services year-round at all our locations. Even during winter, you can count on us to provide reliable service, no matter the weather.

How Do You Ensure The Safety Of My Dogs?

At Pick Up Poo, your safety and your dog's well-being are our top priorities. We kindly ask that all dogs remain indoors during our visit to ensure a smooth and stress-free service. Additionally, we thoroughly sanitize our equipment after every visit to minimize the spread of germs and keep your yard clean and safe.

Do I Need To Sign A Contract For This Service?

No! Contracts are typically required only for our commercial clients. Residential clients have the flexibility to start or cancel their subscription at any time with a 30-day notice.
